I graduated from Lincoln University in December 1990 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I have also taken many graduate courses, to keep current with the most effective classroom strategies. I have taught at Eugene FR-V and Eldon R-1. My husband and I have been married for 28 years, and we have two beautiful daughters. This is my first year teaching at Oakridge Intermediate. I have 22 years of teaching experience, the last 6 years I have taught at Hawthorne Elementary. I love to read and discuss books, so I always find it very interesting to see the students read a book, and at the end of that hear their opinions. In my spare time, I enjoy Reading, Hiking, and Camping. Also, I have a goal which is start to running as I would like to run and finish a 5K.
