Background: Please find attached a bid summary for eight color copiers. Corporate Business System’s bid for the 5052ci is recommended for a 48-month term lease.

VI. UPDATE FROM SUBCOMMITTEE REGARDING FACILITY UPGRADES
Background: An update will be provided from subcommittee members regarding progress on facility upgrades for the Bob Shore Stadium and the scoreboard.

VII. UPDATE REGARDING DISTRICT NEWSLETTER ARTICLE
Background: An update will be provided from this subcommittee concerning communications with patrons via the district newsletter regarding pertinent topics to be publicized.

VIII. HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT BODY LUNCHEON
Background: A working luncheon with the Executive Committee of the High School Student Council and their sponsors is planned with the Superintendent on Thursday, December 15, at noon in the Board Room of the Administration Office. We would like to have several Board members join the group as well.

IX. BOARD WRAP-UP
Background: This is an opportunity for the Board to report on upcoming meetings, meetings attended, registrations, and deadlines.

X. EXECUTIVE SESSION
In compliance with State Statute 610.021 (closed meetings and closed records), the Board will go into Executive Session for the following purposes:
1. Leasing, purchase or sale of real estate by a public governmental body (610.021)(2).
2. Hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting particular employees (610.021)(3).
3. Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees (610.021)(13).
