    The Culinary Arts program has received accreditation from the American Culinary Federation, Inc. and uses proven curriculum from the National Restaurant Association. The curriculum emphasizes a balance of technical skills and knowledge for students to be successful in the workplace and continuing education.
     
    It is important that the public understands that the certification is programmatic.  Please ensure that the wording specifies that your program is "certified by the Secondary Committee of the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission" or "certified by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission's Secondary Certification Committee".  We are happy to send you the ACFEF Secondary Certification logo for the use on your website and brochures.
