This is my second year working for the Camdenton School District and I love being a Laker!  I am originally from the Kansas City area, living in Odessa, MO until my family and I moved here in 2010.  I have a Bachelor’s Degree in History from UCM, as well as a JD from UMKC School of Law, and am 9-12 Social Studies certified.

I provide assistance to students at both Hawthorn Elementary and Camdenton Middle School whose first language was not English.  I love teaching my ELL kiddos because they each bring unique perspectives and experiences to the classroom.    

When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my husband, Shane, and my two kids, Ross (7) and Annalynn (3).  As a family, we like to travel and visit historic sites, museums, and festivals.  And we LOVE rooting for our Royals and Chiefs!!
