I received my undergraduate degree in Physical Education and minored in Health Education at the University of Central Missouri . I was fortunate enough to play four years of basketball for the Jennies while earning my degree.  I furthered my education with a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Design from Southwest Baptist University.

I love to teach Physical Education and Health because I am passionate about nutrition, kids and exercising and this was the perfect opportunity to incorporate all three passions.

My two girls Kyrrah(3) and Kaliyah(1) are my absolute world, I love them to pieces; but I also enjoy traveling, visiting family, couponing, and participating in church activities!

I truly feel blessed!
