Mrs. Carnahan, Art Teacher

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Missouri. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Art Education at the University of Missouri. I have taught in the Camdenton School District for five years now. I have worked at Osage Beach Elementary, Hurricane Deck Elementary and the High School teaching art! This is my second year teaching art at Dogwood Elementary and Hawthorn Elementary.

I love what I do! I don’t have “co-workers,” they are family! And I don’t have to come to work every day…I get to come and make art with my little artists! J

I go home every day to my wonderful husband, Derek, and three furry children: Murphy, Sadie and Max. In my spare time I love to play softball & volleyball. I enjoy reading, kayaking, and just being outdoors. I also love to snuggle with my pets watching a good movie!
