    I am starting my 23rd year of teaching in Missouri public schools.   I taught 5 years in Farmington, Mo. and 2014-15 will mark my 18th year in Camdenton.  I taught 3rd grade my first two years, and have been dedicated to kindergarten ever since.  I graduated from Southeast Mo. State U. with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and earned my Master’s Degree in Education from Webster University St. Louis.   

     

    I have two children, Brooke and Brennan.  We like to spend our time traveling to new places, camping, boating, reading, visiting family, & watching our favorite T.V. shows. I am also very busy running my children to all their sports and extra activities.  I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, and making scrapbooks when time allows. 

     

    I also enjoy writing my own stories, poems, and songs to use in my classroom.  My next goal in life is to someday get my stories published.
