    Hello! This is my 13th year teaching 1st grade at Dogwood.  I couldn't imagine doing anything else!!  I graduated from Camdenton High School in 1993.  I attended Truman State University and then transferred to Drury University where I received my Elementary Teaching Degree.  I student taught in 1st grade and then took over a 4th grade class at Stoutland Elementary.  I taught 4th grade there for 2 more years, before coming back to the best school on Earth!!

    I have been married to my husband Michael for 19 years.  We have three kids:  Alison is a senior Camdenton High School, Abigail is in 4th grade and Anderson is two years old.  
     
    I love teaching 1st grade and I love being a LAKER!  I have been a Laker since I was in 4th grade.  In my spare time I love to travel, I enjoy gardening and I LOVE spending time with my BIG extended family!!
