I am excited to be your child's math teacher!  This is my 29th year in education.  I have 25 years experience in teaching grades 1st-6th and three years as a PreK-12 principal.  I have a Bachelor's of Science from Fort Hays State University, a Master's in Classroom Technology Specialty from Kansas State University, and a Specialist in Administration from William Woods University.  My husband just retired this summer as CEO of a small rural hospital.  Our daughter, Angie, is the assistant principal at Hawthorn, and our other daughter, Christy is a physical therpy director in Kansas City.  My husband and I have been blessed with four grandchildren and another due in March.  My favorite pastime activities include horseback riding, camping, gardening, sewing, and crafts.  I look forward to an exciting year with your child!
