Dear Parents and Guardians:

Communication with teachers is an essential part of student success.  We would like to provide you with an opportunity to discuss your student’s educational progress; we are offering a variety of options this school year.

Face to face conferences will be held on November 10^th from 4-8pm.  You will be meeting with your student’s core teaching team.  Elective teachers will be available as well.

If you cannot make it the night of the conference, teachers will be more than happy to schedule a phone conference or discuss information via email.

Please contact us and let us know which type of conference you would prefer.  If you are requesting conferences in person, please print the CAMDENTON MIDDLE SCHOOL PARENT/TEACHER form and mark the time frame that works best.  You will be notified of your approximate appointment time. In order to get your preferred time and proper notification please return the form to your student’s homeroom teacher by November 8^th.
